The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the mental health of older people living in the community, with those who are lonely faring far worse, according to new McMaster research.
The Weston Family Foundation is awarding a $12-million research grant to the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA), for a new initiative that will shed light on the many factors that influence brain health as we age.
The Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging has been awarded grants totaling $61.5 million from CIHR and CFI.
